DETECTIVE

Cynical and witty private investigator with a keen eye for solving complex cases. Conflicted between the badge he serves and the path he walks. Hunted by feelings of guilt and failure, he is pursuing the Mastermind tirelessly, his final chance at redemption.

DR. MARCY

SURGEON

Skilled surgeon, pushes Donovan to be a better version of himself, anxious for him to propose. The pillar of strength for Donovan, the only one he truly trusts. She stands by him vigilantly despite her doubts, she sees a future with the Donovan but worries about his job and the toll it's taking on him.

MASTERMIND CRIMINAL

A once-innocent child forced into a life of war, a young soldier stripped of his humanity, viciously severed from the only part of him that kept him human, his family. No identity, no family, no past left, a soldier of destruction and rage who emerges from the shadows. A mastermind, a hidden figure dressed in a pitch-black suit and glasses, walks in plain sight, preying on an unsuspecting city, collecting the identity of others, fueled by vengeance and loss.

FATHER BRICE

CATHOLIC PRIEST

Once a mercenary for hire for the U.S. Army, disgusted by the killing and destruction he created. He discovers the Lord and devotes himself to priesthood and preservation of the lives he once took freely. Living in a war-torn state, after the takeover, in an effort to rescue the innocent from the clutches of death. He forms a secret organization called “The Shepards,” comprised of elite and trained members with unique skill sets in all different lines of traits, leaving their old ways in search of a divine calling.

CHIEF OF POLICE

HEAD OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Born to a long generation of law enforcement officers, at first rebuking this lineage. Contemplates changing his last name, in hopes to distance himself from his blood line. He finally realizes the reason he was born into such a family of defenders and protectors, now proud to don the name and bleed blue. He takes in place as the chief of police of the Philadelphia department. He sees himself in Donovan.

AMANDA LEE

CHILD PSYCHOLOGIST

Child physiologist, assesses Tom in his pre-teens, and discovers certain traits which are very troubling. She questions if the background of the child is accurate and warrants further investigation into his past. She becomes the voice of warning, sounding the horn of the child’s dangerous tendencies and unmatched intelligence, instability, may transform him into a force of destruction.

TOM & PRIYA'S PARENTS

BANKER & BAKER

Loving parents, high skilled but emotionally torn, feeling as if they will they never are truly able to outrun their past. Highly trained operatives and espionage agents, break the cardinal rule and fall in love with each other, with changed hearts. Not long after the woman gives birth to a boy (Xavier) and a girl (Priya), wanting a safer life for them, the parents detract indefinitely from their deadly professions. They are later recruited by Father Brice, the Founder of “The Shepards,” and given new chances to be normal. They hide behind their false identities: a bank teller by day (Father) and baker (Mother) by day, and by night, secretly helping and rescuing those inflicted by the war imposed on the country

Hidden from sight, waiting for the most opportune time to strike like a viperous snake, watching his prey submerged beneath the shadows. Tensions grow and the hope of diplomacy withers thin within the lands. He enters the stage, massacred as their savior, offering them prosperity, peace, and hope for a brighter future.

LT. MARTIN

U.S. ARMY LIEUTENANT

After the war, he tries to return to civilian life. Realizing he just doesn't fit in, he searches for a higher calling for his life. His time in the war gave him an empathic heart for the displaced and lost — human beings trapped in the crossfire of a war that they neither wanted nor were a part of.

Desperately fleeing from one location to another, seeking shelter, he joins a special unit of the army, tasked with rescuing refugees from their war-torn environment. He and Father Brice, his former commander, work together on the rescue efforts of the Middle East.
